BSU Offensive Highlights against Idaho

Here's a great Offensive video showing our beloved Broncos torching the Vandal defense. The thing that you notice is that every Bronco is doing his job and they are working together as a team. These big plays only happen when everyone gives it their all.

BSU Defensive Highlights against Idaho

Gentlemen,

Here's a great video showing the Boise State Defense crushing the Vandals. There are a lot of good sacks and tackles for loss in this video. This should be enough to get any defense fired up. You can see how the Broncos play with a fire and an intensity.

Ryan Clady

Gentlemen,

Here are some great clips of Ryan Clady to illustrate proper blocking techniques. All of the things that the other coaches and I have taught you about blocking can be witnessed in this video. Notice that he stays with the block until the play is over and usually plants the other guy in the ground. Let's plant some more opponents in the ground!

Offensive Line Highlights

This video is of an Offensive Tackle from Georgia named Kyle Wilborn. He's #75. After each play starts, they freeze the video and circle him in red. He's a big kid. The video is long so watch a few minutes and you'll get the picture.

Things to watch for:

1) Kyle stays with the block until the whistle is blown and the play is over.

2) He is fast on his feet and always keeps himself in front of the defender.

If we can stay with our blocking assignment for the whole play, we will be much more effective on Offense.

Jack Lambert - A Must Watch for Every Defensive Player

Jack Lambert was one of the greatest Linebackers to ever play the game. He always played with a bit of a mean streak and was fiercely loyal to his teammates. You don't have to be a linebacker to get something out of this video. Heck, you don't even have to be on Defense to get something out of this. Things to watch for in this video:

1. He wraps up on almost every tackle you see

2. Jack stays low and he chops his feet

3. He sticks with the play until the whistle is blown

4. Look for an excellent "swim" move at the 38 second mark

If this doesn't get you excited to go out and hit someone, I don't know what will!

**Coach Duane pointed out that Jack takes a few cheap shots in some of the clips. behavior like that is unsportsman like and is never acceptable. Just check out his sweet tackles and emulate that part of his play!**
